First Harvest Plant Based Meal Prep was created to meet the needs of reversing health issues and addressing rising food insecurity issues across the nation. We have done extensive research and testing to support the fact that consuming a plant based diet on a consistent basis, aids in reversal of diseases such as: diabetes, high blood pressure, obesity, and high cholesterol. Since the conception of First Harvest, we have been able to introduce people living in food deserts to a new way of eating. The consistency and willingness to take their health seriously has allowed us to experience countless victories with our clients.
